German Culture

More about.......

According to the Area Handbook of the US Library of Congress, the oldest vestiges of the German culture come from the year 98. The first Reich was ramified from the division of the Carolingian Empire in 843 and finished in 1806 by the consequences of the Napoleonic wars. The actual German state was constituted the 18 of January of 1871, when it was proclaimed the German Empire, by the hegemony of Prussia, by winning to France . This, was dissolved when the World War 1 finished in 1918. The empire finished with the abdication of Guillermo II, during the Revolution of November, and was followed by the Weimar Republic.
The word Germany comes from the Germanic speak that means “land of the term of all men” , while in German, Deutschland means “land of the people”, and Germania (another way it is known) comes from the Latin Al-gairm, that was a war shout of old towns of the north of the Roman Empire.
A brief blog to know more about Germany. This is an interesting country to visit and to know more about their culture. Germany has a lot to offer, besides hot dogs and beer. Unfortunately many people only see Germany as the country that started the World War II. Many people when they say Germany they only think in Hitler, and forgetting many interesting things. Germany is a wonderful place to visit it has a combination of history and technology, making it a place that has the arms opened to receive all the people that wants to know about this wonderful country.
