Possible Strike, coming soon at UNISON!

A strike for an university, where they teach young people which want to be profesionists, and have a good future, with good bases; it's not good!

Another time, the University of Sonora is in troubles, in terms of conflicts between Sindicates and the directors. These workers are asking for more salary and different wills they have. I don't really know what are they asking for, exactly, but what i know is that, no matter who is the fault of the possible strike; if the strike happens they will be affecting thousands of students, and not only in their academics but also in their lives, and economic situation. Most of people in Universities is there because of their effort, and what they have win (money, etc) to maintain their residency in Hermosillo.

These people that is having conflicts and stopping classes is provoquing that these group of people who really works in order to have a good education, and go on in life, lost money and lost valuable time of school.

May be they are being injustice or may be not, with the workers of UNISON; but before making a strike and stopping academic courses for students, they must think in them; in all the effort, some are making to be there, and not only that, how much they will be affecting their studies...

In my own opinion, I think these strikes instead of helping and improving conditions for the demmandant's, they put them in worst conditions and they also, affect others (in this case, students).

I am thinking possitively by expecting that the STRIKE do not appear, for the well-being of the UNIVERSITY and of the STUDENTS, who are the most important!

These workers beside complaining, should be working! and helping the students... These complains won't let to anything, any one will give them, improvements of salary, with those manners of asking for. Put to work, and let Students study!!!

Al Qaeda threatens with attacking South Africa 2010!

Terrorist Group sent a message that they may make a terrorist attack in the Soccer World Cup...

In an interview made to them, they said they may be attacking the world cup, "IF ALA wants to"! That it will be very gratefully that countries that are against the Islam, be harmed. Some soccer delegations mentioned were USA, Germany, England, France and Italy. Specially they said that for example, a game USA vs. England, will be nice to have an explosion that kill many people and produce a real tragedy.

With this declarations from Al Qaeda, if the security of South Africa was supposed to be very strict and powerful, now it will need to be double or triple; in order to safe the athletes and the fans.

I think this declarations and alarms that made Al Qaeda have to worry us, because imagine another terrrorist attack in the world, and in South Africa; it will really be a big tragedy. These messages that we are watching show that this group and people-with all due respect to their religion- are crazy in someway. They are crazy in the way they are extremists. Extremists in the bad things, in thoughts, ideals, etc... They may think that its god told them to kill, but I don´t think any God could ask for it or any religion. These events we had seen in N.Y or Spain, few years ago, are prooves that our world has many problems, and that our world has people that only wants to damage us.

I think this extremists religions or groups that practice them, don't help the society and the world. I don't know what their religion says, but also if it says to kill, it is bad and it should be finish. International Leaders can make something in order to beat these terrorists, but also people should help. How? By don't letting them, to convert into a bad person, without values and that do not want the well being of all. The current lack of values in the world is a really big cause of this terrorists. Most of them are people without values and conscience. Imagine how can a person or a group threate an international event, in where many people comes and enjoys?

I hope it doesn't happen in the World Cup and in any other place, because these events are events that link the world, joins different people without mattering in religions, color of skin, nationalities, etc... These are events that help the well-being of the society and specially, pure and nice events that show that our world still is WELL and with GOOD INTENTIONS and ACTS. World Cup and the Olympic Games are events that join almost all the people of the world, millions of people watch them, so I cannot accept an attack in here! We should not damage any more our population, we should not let that this terrorists or groups of "people" finish with our GOOD things!

We should be very careful and take care! We should try to finish with these bad extremist people, and promote more the good things and good acts...

40.3 millions (41%) of Mexicans with NO access to health services!!

Aproximmately 25.4 millions- none access to service, 18 millions with access to basic supplies-no health services

This numbers appeared in the newspaper EL Universal, they mean that 25.4 millions aproxy. don't have access to social securities(insurances) of IMSS, ISSTE, PEMEX or NAVY. These 25 millions are also people with scarcity in many basic needs (food, water, clothes...) Then, the 18 millions are people that have access and can have basic needs (basic food, supplies to live) but do not have access to health services (insurances, SS's) from public institutions.

I noticed, that only 2% from the restant pppulation with access to health services; had access to private health services. These numbers are annoying and to care about them because they show us the situation in the health matters, but it ressembles so much the situation and numbers of extreme poverty and people with lack of supplies. Which means that all these, health, food and poverty are linked; and obviously, people with more scarcity than others; have less access to many services.

We have to worry about numbers, and we must help the government to make laws or reforms to our services. Not even the quantity of people with services is bad, also the quality of the health services, for example, is not so well. It must be done, that everybody have access to health services, at least basic one; may be putting a general popular insurance. That the government help everybody, even if he is not in an institution or association. It is expensive, but we need to make a change in this matters. Health, Food and Supplies need that the economy raises and that jobs are produced so people can access, and that the government can make changes (with $$) to improve the Public health services; making them free and for all, if possible...

This is urgent because the demand of health and food services is increasing, but our supplies/services are not increasing; they are not enough and not so well for our people.

Little Paulette's Case: What's happening? Why?

We probably know that 2 weeks before a little girl missed from his bedroom at his home. This missing ocurred when their parents were there. Since here many theories, thoughts about what happened where said. That she was kidnapped or just missed. It was very known for all, that the whole country knew and were searching her. Last weekend, she was found at his bed (inside her house) death in a black bag. I won't talk about all those horrible human things, and scenes because of respect; what I want to comment about is the fact of what happened no body knew anything. Better said, that no body noticed about the miss; then that when they were police men in the building how the little child appeared there.

So I think here we are continue watching bad things at Mexico. A social crisis. Why? Because may be this missing person, was not missed, may be her own parents were the makers of this crime. I don't like to speculate, but if this is possible, and if her parents have something to do with it, I am completely shocked. How can we see things like that in our world, in our country? We are missing many rules and characteristics, that certain past societies had. We are getting in really difficult and sad times, in these matters of security. But also, now that we are studying politics, we are noticing that our government appearyly, doesn't do anything. This case is a very good example. How is it possible that they put in freedom her parents, that all prooves are on their side? And even worst, how is it possible that police or detectives (justice) didn't check well or didn't notice about the girl? How can a girl appear in the same bed, two weeks later of his kidnapping or missing, when the building is secure and checked by the police? Also talking now, that the girl was kidnapped by somebody else, the way the mother expressed in interviews; seem very strange to me. How can a mother talk, that so well, when her little disadvantaged girl is missing? I say it, because I heard an interview, in which she was specifying things, such as, let her in a mall please; or who did it please gave her back, we will pay, etc... Also when i visit Mexico, I watch huge spectaculars, in towers and postes; about her missing. In someway it is good that people help and make all possible things to find her. But the way it was written, it seem like a commercial.

In here, I can only think in one answer: that the certain people with power is involved with the crime or with the manipulation of information/investigations. It is a big accusation, but I won't be surprised if it is true. All looks that there's something not logic and coherent with these; or the parents were the makers of the crime, or somebody is helping them or manipulating the investigation, for the benefit of him or of the parents. I don't know these, that's the truth; but I hope this accusations be false. If not we will be looking another "common case" of unsecurity and indifference from authorities. No body knows anything, no body does anything!

I, and many mexicans, are tired of watching this acts and events in our society. Paulette's case really annoyed and scared me. I said, what's happening we are "fucked" (Sorry for the expression) if this whole event and situation are true...

I hope we speak about it in class, and about topics related to political decisions that affect the society with this events. In order for me to know, if these general events and current bad situations are caused by politics or by the society. Is it fault of some political men or of the society, or of both? Why is these happening? Can we fix it, how? or Why not?

I really want to be informed about all these matter of politics, and specifcly, how does it affects the society and the economy of a certain group, or nation.

Sadness ooor Shame, or BOTH?

Scene, Show in Camara de Diputados in MEXICO... congressmen came with a "piñata" of Pinocho, who ressembles Cesar Nava-leader of PAN.

Last week, because of the conflicts between PRI-PAN-PRD and the Secretary of State, caused by the dios to make and do not make alliances in Mexico State. This dios were make in secret but then everybody knew about it, so scandals appear. All the show that recently, we are living in certain politics in Mexico, occurred. Some said that PAN is the guilty one, others that PRI, and others that the Secretary. What is to worry about is that we are watching many things that affect the image of Mexico, not only in politics; but also, in the social and economic aspects. Even more sad is that we are watching on TV and in news, that our politicians and representatives; do not seem to be that, they seem to be actors or showmen, that only make shows, conflicts, and shame events. For example, what happen last week, in March; when some Congressmen (against Cesar Nava) came to the Chamber with a "piñata" of Pinocho, that was to be Cesar Nava. Pinocho because it is said he is a lier because he said that he didn't sign a dio with PRI and the Secretary of State, and so on...

We don't know if he was a lier or not, it doesn't matter... may be he is, may be not. What is important and I don't know if sadness or shame; is that in a Congress; where representatives and politicians are suppused to make laws in order to help and improve the country and its people, are taking "piñatas" and making conflicts. Instead of working they are making "shows" that are really embarrassing for us, the people.

This is an event that affects the politic life of Mexico, as it affects, too; the Social Life of it. It damages our international image. Politicians fighting just for because or for power, it's not good for our people and our lives...

Coalition PAN-PRD in Sinaloa with a candidate Príista!

"Senator of PRI"- Mario Lopez Valdez will fight the government of Sinaloa with PAN-PRD.

This summer we will have elections in different states of Mexico. One of them is Sinaloa. In it there are 2 main strong parties: PRI and then PAN. But due to the power of PRI and its contender, PAN has made an alliance with PRD; which is almost to be official. The thing here to talk about is how PAN can join PRD, when this two parties are extremely different. PAN is from he right thoughts and PRD is a left (izquierdista). May be we all think it is for a good for the people, to help; to solve problems; etc... But the real thing is that it is not.

Why? Because this alliance is just made to gain the political position and the power. How can I know that? Because Mario Lopez Valdez was 2 weeks ago, a Senator of PRI; which because in his party they didn't let him be the contender that represents PRI, he is with a whim of being. So he went to PAN, first; and then PAN join PRD. What they are doing it's not illegal or breaks a formal rule of the competition, but instead; they are breaking many PRINCIPLES, values, and ideals-in this case "MALOVA"(senator) is breaking the ones of PRI. Because when you enter a party is because you agree and you will respect those principles. You support them...
Well, MALOVA change of party, just for being the contender for the Election. If he was doing this without breaking the principles and violating his party, all will be okay. But because he wasn't the candidate of PRI, by "x" reason... he change with the party that is different in ideals and in principles, and not even that; they made an alliance with PRD.

What all these that is happening in Sinaloa, let me to think is... our candidates, our politicians-as MALOVA for example- are they searching and fighting to represent us and to help the society? or they just want to be voted in order to get power, money and the position? What MALOVA and other politicians are making know, with this unexpected alliances and changes of parties, is sad in somehow; and also make me reflect... if MALOVA really want to be a GOVERNOR or just a man with power?!

Increase in the Price of Gas' Cilinders in Mexico

Currently, Mexico is living the Economic Crisis Reccession, which provoques many changes in production, distribution, prices, etc... It affects the whole economy of the country. As a part of the economy there is the prices of products, foods, services, etc. In this new, they are saying that a basic need for mexicans is having a raise in the price. This rise was of like 5-10 cents per kg., appearryly its nothing for us. But if you then calculate how many kg you need, the general price will be higher.

According to what we saw in class, inflation is the causant of this increase in prices. When inflation occurs prices tend to increase due primarily, because there are excedents, I think. Plus these, all is increasing. That's why it is called inflation, everything increases. Costs of productions, materials, distribution costs, etc... so because everything needed to produce increases, the price of the final product has to be increased. In Mexico, we can see that all methods and forms of doing things are more expensive; because of different factors (crisis, etc). This is letting to a general increase of prices-INFLATION-. The thing is that the inflation in Mexico, should not be shown in this basic products. May be the government and enterprises could make some plans and arrangements in order of lowing the prices of this specific products. It can be possible that to compensed inflation, they increase other not so basic products; and those that are basic and vital, do not increase.

I am continue thinking that this whole matter of economy, inflation, crisis... can be solved very easily. Just that the difficult thing is politics. This is happening because of bad political desisions, that affect economic ones. They are based more on the personal interests and benefits than in the country's. They should be working more on desisions that help economy, may be we need to sacrificed money or goods, in order to stable our situation; but it is needed. We have to sacrifice in order to win.!

Another Earthquake, now in Chile!

Disaster in Chile + New government entrance...

This morning the world wake up with terrible news, an earthquake in Chile. This was a sism of 8.8 degrees, the 6th worst in the history of humanity. There are aprroximately 122 deaths, and many damages.

It seems that the story of Haiti is repeating, in many senses, it is the same. Luckly, in this eartquake there are less deaths and damaged people, but this doesn't mean it was nothing. It is a terrible disaster and huge damage to the country in all manners.
The different and new thing is that, currently, Chile ellected his new president-who will take possession on MArch 11, I think. So many questions appear... Will Chile Government will be as the Haiti one, not capable to raise up? Will the inminent change of government and powers, led authorities and Chile to raise up and care with this tragedy? In these next days, we will see how both governments, the currrent and the new one, work; and if they are capable of managing this disaster and situation. Also the political and economical life of Chile, will be prooved. If they can work together for the good of the country, then they will be having a good political situation. Plus, they have to look and manage the economical situation of the country.

I hope that the citizens and the governments, join efforts in order to beat this tragedy! I also hope that the politicians really join and see for the good of people, without mattering any political or economic differences.

We should help them!

Haiti Problem of Supplies, caused by bad distribution?

Haiti has lived in the last months a really bad situation due to the earthquake they lived. With this natural disaster many consequences had occurred. Poverty, diseases, conflicts, fights, accidents, and lack of food and supplies are some of the problems.

From these problems, lack of food and supplies its also a problem linked to SUPPLY and DEMAND, and with Economics (the distribution of goods and services). These are common problems after a terrible disaster but also the plans of emergency had not been very succesful and well planned. The people in charge of giving the food and supplies for the damaged people, have not given very good to all. Some stay without eating or having supplies for maintaining themselves and their families. This is caused because of the very big demand of them. The problem was obvious so the government and volunteers will have to look for the best solution to solve the problem of the supplies. May be there are or can be enough supplies, but the way they are distributing them, wasn't being very acceptable and well.

Haiti government should be ready and start improving their plans in order to equilibrate the supply and demand numbers, and to people have their supplies. They can have more supplies, or look what they can do to with that number of supplies, if they can give enough to all.

We will see in next days, what happen.

Water Problem in Hermosillo

We know that Hermosillo has a big problem with the scarcity of water. First of all, it is a scarcity problem, which at the same time can be related to the topic we saw today, SUPPLY AND DEMAND!

I won't talk about prices (inflation) depending on demand and supply. Instead, I prefer to talk about resources, material things. In our case, the supply is water which is demanded by us. Of course in Hermosillo, this methods and theories are affected by several different factors, that affect and can change the behaving of numbers. (desert, dry climate, poor raining...)

The real problem is that each new year Hermosillo is increasing its level of population, that in result, needs more supplies in order to survive and live well. This raise plus many others growth such as bussinesses, houses, farms, etc... demand more resources, in this particular case, water. So if the demand increase the supply needs to increase, but in our case, its decreasing due to many reasons.

In my personal opinion the most important reason of why Hermosillo has not enough water is the crazy raise of population which leds into an increase of demand. I know it is good for a city to become bigger in all ways, but I also think that it was not studied before, and prevented.

Obviously, this problem may be it can be less in parts were it rains more; eventhough, in some other deserts they have enough water, even that some of them are the double of Hillo. Politics, economists, and scientists they may be prevented the increase of demand, but they didn't prevent the decrease of supply, or they didn't take actions in order to solve and equilibrate the situation.

The results are that today we have lack of water, and that government wants to quit water from other parts of the state, which instead of helping will be in a pair of years , letting into a biggest problem of scarcity, because the Supply not only of Hillo will be less, also now from the South will decrease, so may be they can support Hermosillo for a few years, but later they will see that the demand will be increasing soooo more water (supply) is needed. Just that at that moment, the supply from the state will be less (because you already quit them, and they also have their own demand). I can go and write more about this problem, but the important thing in here, is that Hermosillo demand is increasing too fast,(good for economy and development) but the supplies are not increasing. These is what the State needs to solve, how to control and equilibrate the Supply (water) and Demand (people popu's increase) graph of Sonora.

I think it is an easy problem of Supply and demand, which is related to scarcity and also to politics. The solution, we all know it, is INCREASE the supply. How? Not taking out water from other part of the state, instead, we need to AGGREGATE water to our bodies of water. Taking out water from another part of the state is the same, we are finishing our state supplies. I don't know what is the solution (may be bring water from a part that water ends to the ocean andthat is desperdiciada., or can be making a desalinator; it doesn't matter it is expensive, it is needed and more useful) Both of these, can be an example of aggregating water, and not taking from other part and decreasing the state's supply.

All people have to look very well to the behavior of Supply and Demand of Sonora, and look what is the best solution, which will not affect the Supplies of others. They have to take a decision that equilibrates the situation. That decision has to be taken with studies and the correct plans and programs, not with friend/bussinessmen interests decisions. We have to look more for what will be better for ALL people, and that will increase our demand, in order to support the amount of demand.!

Scarcity: Good or Bad?

Can scarcity be an opportunity of changing and being better?
As we all know, scarcity is a huge global problem that affects people in many forms. But talking about another point of scarcity we can see it as a good thing.

Logiclly, scarcity is bad because it is something that affects and damages people and its world. But if we take another point of view may be it can be not that bad. I will explain this with an example.

Currently, Hermosillo is living scarcity. Why? Because there is no water to support the population and the bussinesses. Due to this we have a bad situation in all matters, so we can say that Scarcity is bad for us. Now, if we analyze the situation we can notice that because of the problem many people is starting to talk, and the government to give ideas and programs in order to solve the problem. The thing here is that this problem is giving us an opportunity to change, to improve our city and our society. Yes, scarcity is bad and harmful; but eventhough it damages, it can also helps us; because with the problem the government can look for the best solutions for its city and its people, and more important it can make that people start to care about things, about resources, about water.

Scarcity is really bad, but may be it is necessary in order to make people change and take care about the problems and about all things. As a friend wrote in the blog, if we could have all perfectly, the world will never change or improve. Because there's no reason to. But with scarcity and with problems, it is prooved that people changes and starts making things in order to improve and have the less possible problems. This means that a problem give us many bad things, but they open many windows of opportunities. Opportunities that if we take them and make them, the world will improve and the problem will be over or decreased.

We have to change the way of looking problems. I know they are bad, scarcity is. But we need to think that problems have a reason of being; which is to help and to change or improve the world. Without problems we couldn't have solutions, which are essential in human life. Because thanks to many solutions in history, we are what we are. We looked for solutions in a problem, that plus solving the problem, they also make us change and improve.

So Scarcity is good or bad? Or better yet, how can we convert it to a good and positive thing? If we solve the problem with the best solutions and actions, we are making Scarcity a good thing.

Mexico's Bicentenario Celebration of History

Bicentenario of Independence, and Centenario of Revolution should be celebrated? or Should they be analyzed/studied/interpreted? or

We all mexicans now that this September will be our 200 hundred years old birthday, and all the society (including politics, economics, media) are making activities and programs to have a really big "Celebration." But my question is do we really need to celebrate? Are Televisa, TVAzteca, President celebrating or approaching of the situation to raise up many things?

Well, I think both of them. First of all, they are celebrating and gaining money and fame with it. Supposely they are celebrating historic events, our History. But I think these can be an excess.

First, we are not doing what History means. History, to social's; means to study, analyze, and interpret the recorded material or recorded history. So I think, it would be better for the President and Enterprises to be wasting money in studies that show why we were like that, or better yet; WHY WE ARE LIKE TODAY's? That's the purpose of history, to know the past and interpret it, to may be can know something of the present. I agree that we have to celebrate our fights but I think it has to be less. It would be better that WE celebrate our 200 hundred years by being a better country, and starting making real LAWS, POLITICAL DECISIONS, ECONOMICS RULES, that help in big way our country and society. This 2 reasons, are strong and can be the truth and the best option, but again; the politics and economics are based not in their social science definition, instead they are based on the interests of some.

Finally, when I knew about this big celebration of Mexico, in some form I became happy and honored( because of my country). But know I am happy, yes; but I'm sad that instead of giving Mexico a real gift (laws, rules, values, economics laws that help us) they waste time and money celebrating.

Do we really deserve the celebration? Do putting, in action, laws that help the country and its people are the right things?

May be political and economical situations have to be better, in order to CELEBRATE... We should consider the situation. Is it time for celebrations? or for Action?

We have to ask for good politics and economics! We have to be aware of the way, they decide. Are they basing the solutions in Social Sciences?

Political Desicions influenced by Politics, not by the people desires

Chihuahuas State Powers will move into Cd. Juarez

Caused by the recently deaths, murders, and narcos; the governor of Chihuahua decided to move all the 3 powers into Cd. Juarez to be closer to the city problems and situation. This, by logic, is a political desicion but it also invo

lves the social context and other subjects of social sciences, such as, law; history; physochology. Why? Because if they decide to move the powers to Cd. Juarez (which is not the capital) they are including other subjects of the social sciences.

For example, it involves law; because the congress have to aprooved the demand in order to move the powers through the legal way. It is also an event that includes history, because since many time ago, powers had been moved from the capital city of a state.(so the social scientists will have to analyze the consequences.). And at last it involves the physochology field, because it can be analized, based on the human and individual behavior of the governors.

So in conclusion of the article, In order to move the powers to Juarez, it has to be aprooved by the congress(POLITICS involved).

Now, my personal opinion is that the final decision has to be made based on a scientific method that the social scientists will make, as we saw in class. This method will look by being physocologists and studying history, the best solutions in order to solve this matter; always looking for hyphotesis and experimenting a possible result. Obviously the Social Scientists don't decide, but in this case, I am calling the Congressmen= Social Scientists. Because for my opinion, in order to proove a law, they have to look into possible pros, consequences, situations, etc... (what in few words is using the Scientific Method of Social Sciences.)

This is only a political decision, of a million in the world, that have to see with people.(Social Aspects). What I think, is that the politics or people in charge of deciding should use the scientific method, in some way, in order to find the best solutions and laws to solve problems.

Sarkozy's New Ideal/Possible Law agains the Veil

Sarkozy's Against the Use of the Veil in Musulman's women...

In today's class we read again our news articles, and my team's article was about the "Burka in french, or the Veil" that Musulmans(arabs) women use in France. In some how, Sarkozy is attempting agains the Freedom of Expression and Religion that supposely characterized France. But also he is making a law that affects his government and popularity. Again Political decisions are involved in Society and in element of Culture matters.

This has to be with the class topic about Culture, and the elements of it. In this case, Customs and Traditions. The veil is a really ancient and important, unbreakable tradition and way of clothing in his country, but now they are living in another country. In which, they respected them, but now they don't want to. So here I think that the way of looking the situation, is may be a right decision because it is not their country, it is France. But also can be a violation to an element of culture and a violation to the ideas of freedom in France.

The veils should be respected and to continue in the practicants of each religion, not only because it is their right; but also due to his importance in matters of their culture. To break an element of a culture is hard and really damaging, and can be like a destruction of his thoughts and purpose of life. It may also affects the French Government in global popularity, because may be foreigners won't like to live in there, due to the restrictions of others elements of religion and culture. France should respected, and will be considered as an Updated and Freely country.

Lack of Water in Hermosillo

A Big Problem in Hermosillo: Water...

One of the latest classes of the first partial, we talked about the global issues and we listed many of them. One of them, was the lack of natural resources. I want to talk about them because is something that is affecting our city. The only difference is that the resource is water.
As we know we live in a desert region, so water tends to be scarce.

Currently, the government is searching for a solution and I hope that they find the best one, that benefits all its citizens. The point is that this lack of water at Hermosillo is a global Issue, but also involves Economics; because it is related to how the government will distribute the Service.

I chose to write about this, because it is a global issue very common and talked among Hermosillo Citizens, and it is a matter that involves all its people. This is one part of the issue, the political and social effects. But also it involves the Economics' science so it is really interesting to comment this events. We are noticed of what is happening in terms of resources in the city, and in terms, of the politics/governments decisions.
I would like to say that we all have to raise our voice, and propose or ask about the solutions. It is a matter that includes political, economical and social decisions; that later will have consequences in our lives, either good or bad.

Garbage Classification Program in Hermosillo

Garbage Classification Program in Hermosillo, since Today!

Basicly, the article talks about the new way of recolecting garbage in our city. The man in charge of the department, told the reporter that it will be the same truck, but the new thing will be the routes. As an example, he said that in the majority of the city the truck will pass 2 times per week and in some Private Colonies, three.


The first visit of the week, we should give them the organic garbage, and the second; we will give them both (organic and inorganic). In few words, Hermosillo citizens will have to classify garbage in Organic and Inorganic.



I consider this a really good new for us because we are going to be an ecologycal city, in some way. I think it is the beggining of many actions that can and have to be made, about the ecologycal purposes. Also Hermosillo needed these, since before; but no body set the program, until now.
I hope it really works, and more important; that we as citizens be compromised to this program, and classify the garbage as organic, inorganic, etc.
We need to be updated in matters of ecology, and to care about it. As we talk in the classes about issues, actions, and solutions, "Ecology Problems: Garbage's issue" are currently Global Issues that are affecting our Hermosillo, so we have to activate the solutions we'd planned to beat this issue, and have a better place to live. I hope it works! Good Program!
