"Mexico Low-level Education"

I found that of 15 years old students in Mexico, 44% have the lowest possible level in reading comprehension. This doesn't only reflects the deficient education system, but also means that 44% doesn't have access to advanced information. They cannot read they text books effectively, they cannot read a laboral contract and understand most clauses, they are in a huge disadvantage.

I also found that in countries like Belgica, or Australia, people is expected to study around 19 years, while in Mexico young lings are expected to study only 12 years.
This is a problem not only because it affects our capabilities and competitive as a whole country, but also because the people inside this 44% are in a huge disadvantage that will most likely create an even greater social and economical gap.
