What is going on in the world? We turn on the television and we see all kinds of disasters through all the entire world. We see earthquakes here and there. Is there any possiblities that the world is coming to its end? As we all know there are many predictions that the world as we know it will end in the year 2012. Maybe this is quite impossible, but all the disasters we are facing point to a soon apocalipse. We have many kinds of problems going on right now; we have the great deal with pollution,scarcity, global warming,crisis, end of petroleum, earthquakes, tsunamis and floodings going on till I don't know when. I'm scared, I used to think "It not going to happen to me", or "It is not happening in my lifetime", but know I'm thinking it is most possible that I'm going to live to see it. Our time to do something passed a long time ago, maybe it is just too late, we should be mad, and worried about all this.

Intersting blogpost. I think that the world is not going to end in the year 2012, but the thing is that we are making a lot of damage to it by using all kind of artificial things and chemicals. I do think that all this disasters like all these earthquakes, floods and exagerated rains are consequences of how humans have treated the world through the years. And if scientists or experts in the topics know that all of these is happening because of what are we doing, why aren't we doing something about it?.
I mean how many environmental campaigns have we heard of?.. a lot of people is now fighting for a better world for their futur sons and daughters but there are million of other people that dont care about it. If everyone of us start doing something, this something will be significant .
LETS SAVE THE WORLD!
Well , I also started to consider that theory that the world will be ending in the 2012. I also used to think : this will happen until after I die so, there is no problem, but with all of the natural disasters that are going on well, it makes us want to consider this crazy theory, but as Alejandra says this natural disasters are happening because we , humans, are not taking care of the planet and instead of being mourning for ourselves because someone in the past said our planet will end in two years we should be thinking in some way to solve this problem! Sure, there are a lot of campaigns that motivate us to recycle, to take care of the water, to walk instead of driving, and a million of things more, but only a small part of the whole population of the world are paying attention to it and considering them, what about the rest? If we all work together to solve all this pollution, scarcity, global warming, crisis, and everything you mentioned in your blogpost, i am suure we will live past the 2012 ;)
besides, they said our world was going to end in 2000, 2006, but, we are still here arent we?
As i said before, instead of believing all this things, lets work to save our planet :D!
