Obama criticizes Ugandan anti-gay bill at prayer breakfast

I know that my previous aportation to this blog was also about U.S. President Barack Obama, but I just founded a new article that was interesting to comment, and curiously, Obama was involved.

President Obama on Thursday strongly criticized controversial anti-homosexuality legislation being considered by Uganda's legislature. I am not a person who likes to criticize other people beliefs or sexual preference, but I have always said that gay couples are a lack of respect to society.

According to President Obama declaration it is "unconscionable to target gays or lesbians for who they are". It is not fair to judge people for their likings, gay people have the right of hanging out with a person of their same sex, but, why simple don't do it in a private place?

They (gays) now that they could be strongly attacked with negative commentaries and maybe physical aggressions, so I don't get why they keep showing their affection in public places. Like I said before, everyone has the right of getting in society, is part of our nature and it will be unacceptable to reject someone.

But society for some reason has not accept yet gay people, so here comes my question again: Why they still keep going out to the streets where hundreds of people can watch and insult them?

Alejandro, you are asking why they still go out in streets or any other place where other people can see them and maybe attack them physically or mentally, and the reason is that they are also free! like you and me, they can do whatever they like without disturbing other people. Why should it botter you anyway?..And it is not about defending them, simply is about respecting them as their are.
