Broken Promises

I really loved this picture!!!

Taking advantage of one of my ethics homework about moral judgments, I found out something very interesting for posting it today. Do you remember all of our now president, Felipe Calderón’s, proposals before resulting the elected winner for the presidency? Yes? No? I will help you refresh your mind…

Felipe Calderón proposed that he will stop the increase in gasoline costs for the year 2009. Did you see this happen? I don’t think so… I remember once, when driving to school last year, I saw a huuuuuuuuuuge poster hanging between two trees in one of the most important streets of Hermosillo of Felipe Calderón stating that he will actually stop the increase of costs in this much needed resource if you voted for him.

He cheated on us! He lied to his people! (myself included). HE IS A FRAUDE. The president has now to think what to do about this because a lot of people are falling into the account that he didn’t fulfilled his promise. Some secretaries and senators are now making bad judgments to him. The president needs to find a solution to clean his image.

Careful people... don’t let others make a fool of us, especially high rank persons! Demand justice!!

Cruel picture, but is all true. He didn't lowered costs, in fact, he rised them with this IVA changes. Although I have to say this Calderon's actions might have been influenced by the economic crisis, which wasn't as strong in his campaign as now.
